INVEST IN VERSATILE PIECES SUCH AS WRAP SKIRTS.
An NFD staple, the Jaspre wrap skirt is a classic wrap skirt, an amazing investment piece to have in your wardrobe which can be worn time and time again. This is honestly such a versatile piece; I love finding new ways to tie and style reinventing looks for new occasions taking you from work to date night or from the beach to the bar. Style to make it work for you, cinch in at the waist, tie relaxed over swim, even try styling as a top or dress for a really chic look! A must in multi-wear dressing.
USE LEOPARD PRINT AS A NEUTRAL.
Leopard is such a great neutral base and perfect to style with pretty much anything! Keep it grounded by styling with a classic denim, plain tee or white shirt, or layer with chunky knits to take you through the colder months. Also, so perfect clashed with bright prints if you want to add that extra bit of interest to your outfit – I live in a bandana so think this is such a fun way to bring in that pop of colour, works perfectly with the leopard.
USE DENIM AS A BASE.
A wardrobe essential, our cult jaspre wrap skirt in a heavy weight denim, perfect for multi way styling, multi occasion, multi use, for an effortlessly chic look. Using denim as the base I love adding different prints and textures to build out any outfit, giving it depth and talkability, dressed up or down, at home or away this is a must have piece.
LAYER & STYLE CO-ORDS.
Co-ords are such a great way to create an impactful look, go for a bold print or a classic black with gold foiling detailing for a luxury feel. Shirt and trouser sets are great for a relaxed look, pair with neutral accessories to really ground styling. I love layering, it adds interest to any look and helps explore mutli-way styling.
ADOPT THE VIRAL JEANS HACK 😉
We love multi-way styling at NFD and it is something I introduce into my own personal style. As soon as I saw this trick going viral I knew I had to try it. Jeans upside down may be a bit controversial, but the denim actually creates a structured top with a real couture feel to it. I paired it with a belt to keep in the western styling, black jeans for a double denim look and accessorised with tonal mules and an embroidered bag. What an amazing way to reinvent your wardrobe!
