DIOR TEAMS UP WITH JAPANESE ARTIST ‘OTANI WORKSHOP’ FOR A MEN’S COLLECTION ADORNED WITH PLAYFUL GREEN MONSTERS.

Monsters are REAL.
Dior Unveils a Mesmerizing Capsule, a Whimsical Fusion of Kim Jones' Imagination and the Artistry of Otani Workshop, a Prominent and Distinctive Force in Contemporary Art.

Named Tanilla in homage to Otani, this cool creature takes center stage in the Dior Spring 2024 line, in oversized iterations on refined sweaters and delicately unfurling on short-sleeved T-shirts or bombers. The spirit of smart-casual elegance extends to the new Tennis Shoes B33 High Top, where Tanilla’s charm continues to captivate.

Not only that, monsters are also spotted on denim overshirts and the iconic Dior Oblique toile, showcasing vibrant shades of burgundy and pink, a nod to the house’s timeless elegance adorning sophisticated knitwear. As a delightful surprise, the symbol boldly graces a stylized adaptation of the iconic “DIOR” logo, embellishing hooded sweatshirts and pouches equipped with functional shoulder straps.

Echoing the legacy of the founding couturier, a patch proudly unveils the signature “Christian Dior Couture” across various models, including baggy pants. These meticulously crafted pieces boast a rich palette dominated by red, a color beloved by Monsieur Dior, who hailed it as “the color of life” in his Petit Dictionnaire de la Mode.
