These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”), together with the documents referred to in it, informs you of the terms and conditions on which you may make use of the Site. - BURO does not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
- Different limitations and exclusions of liability will apply to liability arising as a result of the supply of any products to you, which will be set out in our Terms and Conditions of Supply.
- BURO will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a virus, distributed denial-of-service attack, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of the Site or to your downloading of any content on it.

RIGHTS YOU ARE GIVING BURO TO USE MATERIAL YOU UPLOAD
When you upload or post content to the Site, you grant BURO a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable licence to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform such content for any purpose across all media whether now known or hereinafter invented.
VIRUSES
BURO does not guarantee that the Site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.
You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform to access the Site. You should use your own virus protection software.
You must not misuse the Site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful. You and BURO both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction except that if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
If you are a business, these Terms and Conditions, their subject matter and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. You and BURO both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
TRADEMARKS
BURO owns a number of trademarks in numerous territories, and use of such trademarks without prior written consent of BURO would violate BURO’s intellectual property rights.

Contributions must not:

- contain any material which is obscene, offensive, hateful or inflammatory;
- contain any material which bullies or may cause insult to any person;
- contain any material which may intimidate or humiliate any person;
- promote sexually explicit material;
- promote violence;
- promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age;
- infringe any copyright, database right or trade mark of any other person;
- be likely to deceive any person;
- be made in breach any legal duty owed to a third party, such as a contractual duty or a duty of confidence;
- promote any illegal activity;
- be in contempt of court;
- be threatening, abuse or invade another’s privacy, or cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety;
- be likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy any other person;
- be used to impersonate any person, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person;
- give the impression that the Contribution emanates from BURO, if this is not the case; or
- advocate, promote, incite any party to commit, or assist any unlawful or criminal act such as (by way of example only) copyright infringement or computer misuse.
SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
BURO will determine, in its sole discretion, whether there has been a breach of this Acceptable Use Policy through your use of the Site. When a breach of this Acceptable Use Policy has occurred, BURO may take such action as it deems appropriate.
Failure to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy constitutes a material breach of the Terms and Conditions upon which you are permitted to use the Site, and may result in BURO taking all or any of the following actions:
- immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use the Site;
- immediate, temporary or permanent removal of any Contribution uploaded by you to the Site;
- issue of a warning to you;
- legal proceedings against you for reimbursement of all costs on an indemnity basis (including, but not limited to, reasonable administrative and legal costs) resulting from the breach;
- further legal action against you; and/or
- disclosure of such information to law enforcement authorities as BURO reasonably feel is necessary or as required by law.
BURO excludes liability for all action taken in response to breaches of this Acceptable Use Policy. The actions BURO may take are not limited to those described above, and BURO may take any other action deemed reasonably appropriate.
BURO may revise this Acceptable Use Policy at any time by amending this page. You are expected to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes made, as they are legally binding on you. Some of the provisions contained in this Acceptable Use Policy may also be superseded by provisions or notices published elsewhere on the Site.
