LA VOLAILLE – A SHOW-STOPPING CENTERPIECE

For those seeking the pinnacle of festive indulgence, “La Volaille” steals the spotlight. A Volaille de Bresse, meticulously stuffed with Foie Gras, Winter truffles, and Chestnuts, this masterpiece promises to be a show-stopping centerpiece for festive dinner tables, serving approximately six people.

LA BÛCHE DE NOËL – A SWEET SYMPHONY

To conclude the feast on a sweet note, Chef Torre presents the “Bûche de Noël” (Yule Log). A breathtakingly beautiful and utterly delicious dessert, this creation is designed to delight up to eight people and is available for pre-orders.

NEW YEAR’S EVE EXTRAVAGANZA

Bid farewell to 2023 in style with L’Atelier Robuchon’s New Year’s Eve celebration. The restaurant will come alive with music, celebrations, and vibrant decor. Chef Roberto Torre has curated a sublime set menu priced at AED 850 per person, featuring culinary masterpieces such as lobster, pan-fried scallops, foie gras, and black cod marinated with miso. The culinary journey concludes with Joël Robuchon’s signature dessert.

Alternatively, guests can opt for a la carte dining, selecting from a menu brimming with sensational dishes lovingly conceived by Chef Roberto Torre. A minimum spend of AED 1,000 per person applies to ensure a memorable and indulgent evening.
