This summer, Fi’lia, the region’s first female-led Michelin-select restaurant, is rolling out an exclusive Candlelight Dinner Series. Available for just three select nights in June, July, and August, this intimate experience invites guests to dive into a carefully curated five-course Italian menu, each dish paired with handpicked beverages to elevate every bite.

The evening kicks off with a delicate start with silky butter with crispy crostini and a refreshing Tartare di Tonno Rosso crowned with avocado and Oscietra caviar. From there, guests are treated to classic comfort with Arancini al Ragù, before moving into the standout pasta course: Spaghetti al Caccio Peppe e Pistachio. Fresh pasta, sharp pecorino, bold black pepper, and crunchy pistachio create a dish that’s both rich and balanced.

The mains arrive in the form of Saltimbocca alla Romana. This dish pairs tender veal wrapped in wagyu prosciutto with subtly seasoned zucchini and potatoes, bringing a hearty yet elegant depth to the table. To close, Millefoglie provides a crisp, sweet finale with a layered crispy tuile filled with vanilla cream, apricot, and Piedmont hazelnuts, wrapping the meal with a perfect mix of textures and flavors.

Fi’lia’s setting itself is part of the draw. With tables lit by candlelight against the backdrop of Dubai’s skyline, the atmosphere turns warm and inviting, making it ideal for everything from a special date night to an elevated evening with friends.

Chef Célia Stoecklin and her team have clearly crafted a menu that honors Italian tradition while delivering contemporary finesse. The price tag of 499 AED covers the full five-course journey, with beverage pairings available on request for those looking to toast the night in style.
