Alongside Milan’s international furniture fair, Salone del Mobile (which began today), Gucci have jumped on the décor vibes and launched a two-storey temporary store – and it’s a feast for the eyes.
The luxury Italian label known for its outlandish designs have decked out the store in furniture inspired by Creative Director Alessandro Michele‘s flora and fauna aesthetic.
At 2,600 square feet, you’re pretty much stepping into a Gucci emporium complete with lavish wallpaper, print-covered doors, and colourful, hanging blankets that resemble tapestries. If you’re in the market for ideas on home décor, your inner magpie will be thrilled about this temporary store.

New pieces from Gucci’s home line include: velvet, shell-shaped arm chairs; throws and cushions embroidered in the brand’s signature double-G logo; and Richard Ginori-produced candleholders and ashtrays. Talk about sensory overload…
OK, so you may not be in Milan right now but you can do some e-décor shopping on Gucci.com.
