Set on the untouched, private peninsula of Cennet Koyu, where the turquoise waters of the Aegean touches the Turkish coastline, Bvlgari Resort & Mansions Bodrum is rewriting the rulebook of Mediterranean luxury. Think: Italian glamour meets Anatolian soul, and trust us, it’s as good as it sounds.

One Down, 100 To Go!
BURO had the exclusive chance to step inside the very first completed villa, number one of 101, and let’s just say, it’s the best thing we’ve seen in a while. Despite its sprawling scale, it feels surprisingly homely, warm, cocooning, and intimate, like a home that already knows your rhythm.
There’s a quiet elegance that threads through every space, that effortless Bvlgari balance between architectural precision and emotional comfort. This isn’t just another villa; it’s a masterpiece sculpted in light, stone, and soul.

The New Jewel of Bodrum.
Once the ancient city of Halicarnassus, Bodrum has evolved from a sleepy fishing village into a year-round haven for creatives and connoisseurs. With the Mausoleum ruins, one of the Seven Wonders of the ancient world, whispering from nearby hillsides, the city connects past and present with poetic ease, much like Bvlgari itself.
Developed by AHEN, founded by Mr. Mehmet Cengiz, and envisioned by ACPV ARCHITECTS Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, the project sets a new benchmark in the region, an ode to timeless Italian design, crafted for Turkish horizons.

Designed Like Fine Jewellery.
Just as Bvlgari’s high jewellery celebrates precision and passion, each of the 101 mansions, from seafront six-bedroom retreats to hillside four-bedroom sanctuaries, has been carved to perfection. With green roofs, natural materials, and an eco-conscious design philosophy, the mansions merge with the land rather than dominate it. From the sea, they appear almost invisible, whispering luxury rather than shouting it.
Step inside, and you’re wrapped in travertine, sandstone, fine woods, and soft silks, every texture intentional, every corner composed. Bronze staircases, double-height living spaces, panoramic windows framing the sea, it’s the kind of beauty that makes silence feel luxurious.

The Bvlgari Touch.
The first mansion is a masterclass in quiet opulence. Furnished with Antonio Citterio’s iconic pieces and curated with rare treasures, an 18th-century Anatolian Kilim, “Iznik”-style ceramics from Florence’s Cantagalli Manufactory, and contemporary Turkish art from Mübin Orhon, Ergin İnan, and Devrim Erbil, it’s a dialogue between heritage and modernity.
The furniture by Maxalto, B&B Italia, and Flexform exudes understated comfort; lighting from Flos and FontanaArte dances across textured walls; and even the library feels like a love letter to culture, stocked with volumes on Turkish art, history, and design.

Sustainability Meets Serenity.
Here, sustainability isn’t a buzzword, it’s embedded in the DNA. Green roofs, smart shading, local materials, and energy-efficient systems come together in an eco-luxury blueprint. Every villa feels like part of the landscape, not apart from it.
The Bvlgari Lifestyle.
When the Bvlgari Resort Bodrum opens in 2027, villa owners will have full access to its five-star services, from Il Caffè and La Spiaggia to Il Ristorante – Niko Romito, Hōseki, and a Mediterranean seafood restaurant perched right on the Aegean. There’s a world-class spa, two private beach clubs, and even an open-air amphitheater for nights that end under the stars.
Owning a Bvlgari Mansion isn’t just about real estate, it’s about entering a world where Italian artistry meets Turkish tranquility. It’s where every sunrise feels designed, and every sunset feels personal.

BURO’s Take?
The Bvlgari Mansion in Bodrum isn’t just a home, it’s a heartbeat. It’s where architecture, craftsmanship, and emotion collide. Spacious yet soulful, lavish yet livable, this villa is proof that true luxury isn’t about size. It’s about feeling.
And if this first one is any indication, the next 100? Consider us already packing our bags.
