IWC Schaffhausen has unveiled IWC. Curated., a new program dedicated to offering collectors and enthusiasts access to historically significant IWC watches. Each timepiece is hand-selected by experts from the IWC Museum, representing some of the most important eras in the brand’s 150-year legacy.
Far from being just vintage resales, these watches undergo a meticulous restoration process at IWC’s headquarters in Schaffhausen. Experienced watchmakers, specialists in historical movements and cases, restore each piece as close as possible to its original condition, using authentic and period-correct components whenever available.
Supported by IWC’s vast archives, the watches are then certified for authenticity and provenance. Every IWC. Curated. model comes with the IWC International Limited Warranty, extendable up to eight years upon registration.
The collection will initially be available in select boutiques in Switzerland, the UK, Dubai, and Japan. Highlights include Gérald Genta’s 1970s Ingenieur SL (Ref. 1832), the trailblazing Da Vinci Perpetual Calendar Chronograph (Ref. 3750) from 1985, and the legendary Mark 11 Navigator’s Wristwatch, originally crafted for the British Royal Air Force in 1952.
With IWC. Curated., the Swiss watchmaker offers an opportunity to own a certified piece of horological history.
