The last week of fashion month has officially kicked off with Maria Grazia Chiuri showcasing her dance-inspired Spring/Summer ’19 collection to a slew of industry professionals and A-listers during Paris Fashion Week, followed by shows from Jacquemus, Kristina Fidelskaya and Gucci, who ended the night.
Not only did the shows see a selection of statement-worthy ensembles but day one also captured a slew of street style looks outside the show spaces.
We spotted looks that merged different fabrics, contrasting colours and statement accessories. Embracing the chilly weather of Parisian autumn, the fash pack embraced sweater-weather and fronted chunky knits, knee-high boots, oversized coats, bright blazers, leather jackets, maxi skirts, suede trousers and a plethora of eye-catching arm candy.
