Since mid-February, every Sunday (well, Monday for those of us in the UAE), our screens have been graced by the gloriously dysfunctional guests of The White Lotus, now sunbathing and side-eyeing each other under the Thai sun. Amid the “Buuuuudhisssm” retreats, awkward dinners, and mental breakdowns in linen, it’s been a thrilling eight-episode journey. Between Parker Posey’s scene-stealing accent, skewed guest dynamics, and enough conspiracy theories to rival Reddit’s best, one thing has managed to stay criminally under-discussed: the White Lotus fashion.
Yes, the maximalist White Lotus fashion has somehow managed to fly under the radar, and we’re here to make a case for every printed, logo-splashed, kaftan-covered minute of season three. From printed everything, a custom Jacquemus look of dreams, to logo-stamped accessories, this season’s style is as chaotic and brilliant as the guests themselves.
It’s as if the White Lotus, Thailand guests were given a dress code: Come Printed or Don’t Come at All. Florals? Check. Animal print? Naturally. Stripes, paisley, vaguely tropical leaf things? All present and accounted for.
Jaclyn (Michelle Lynn Monaghan) is all for loud luxury—who can forget her sequin Valentino dress? Speaking of Valentino, her swimsuit comes with an Iconograph printed coverup, while she chooses a Gucci monogrammed bucket to protect her from the sun at the pool.
Meanwhile, her friends Kate (Leslie Bibb) and Laurie (Carrie Coon) float around in an enviously chic printed wardrobe of her own. There’s a Loewe moment. In one scene, Laurie clutches her olive green ‘Squeeze’ bag, proving that the White Lotus fashion is anything but ordinary.
And speaking of extraordinary style, can we talk about that emerald green, hand-draped kaftan Belinda (Natasha Rothwell) wore? It’s Verandah, and it’s now on our wishlist.
And you know who else loved printed kafta on the show? Victoria (Parker Posey) flew to “Taiwan” (IYKYK) with the printed wardrobe of dreams, kaftans, and sundresses in tow.
Chloe (Charlotte Le Bon) gave us the moment of the season with a custom Jacquemus ensemble. A baby pink swimsuit, a matching sheer pareo, and a floppy hat = yacht day perfection.
And let’s not forget Chloe’s zebra-print Jacquemus tote that she paired with a swimsuit plus crochet coverup. Speaking of crochet, who can forget Chelsea’s (Aimee Lou Wood) cutout mini dress by My Beachy Side? We are also taking inspiration from her sheer black dress, which she perfectly paired with swimwear.
While the women undoubtedly nailed the printed wardrobe, the men weren’t far behind. From vacation-ready printed shirts and shorts to the breeziest linens, the White Lotus fashion delivered the menswear holiday wardrobe of dreams.
Can’t get enough? Here’s a little recap of the White Lotus fashion from the latest season of the show.
