Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are set to go on a royal tour to Africa next week, marking their first official trip as a family of three. However, prior to their upcoming tour, Archie’s parents traveled to Rome for the wedding of fashion designer, Misha Nonoo and her now-husband, Michael Hess over the weekend.
Held at the Villa Aurelia in Italy, the wedding gathered some of the most prominent figures in the industry including Katy Perry, Orlando Bloom, Karlie Kloss, James Corden and Jared Kushner, of whom the Duke and Duchess of Sussex were seen amongst when arriving to the venue.
For the occasion, the royal pair dressed up for the evening as the dress code for women dictated that they wear floor-length gowns, whilst men come in tuxedos. Meghan opted for a black sheer dress from Valentino’s Spring/Summer 2019 collection and whilst no full images of the Duchess have appeared yet, it looks like the gown comes complete with sheer puff sleeves and rhinestone-embellished detailing. Prince Harry was photographed alongside her in a black suit.
It’s no surprise that the royals took the time from their busy schedules to head to the Italian capital for Nonoo’s wedding. The designer is a longtime friend of Meghan’s and recently, collaborated on a charitable fashion range for Smart Works.
