This week — Saturday to be exact — the third installment of the Alexander Wang x Adidas Originals collaboration will land in stores.
This time around, the designer was “inspired by factory rejects and quality control” according to Fashionista and the collection is comprised of 13 pieces that each have defects, like uneven printing or pixelated imagery, for example.
There are jackets, sweatshirts, tees, shorts and transparent ponchos on offer, as well as the designer’s take on the brand’s football shoe which Wang has reimagined in two colourways and called the AW Bball Soccer.
The collection was revealed across the weekend at the first round of Coachella, naturally, with the designer joined on a road trip to the festival by friends Binx Walton, Lexi Boiling, Cat McNeil and Hanne Gaby Odiele.
