Across the weekend, Meghan Markle stepped out with Prince Harry for the Commonwealth Youth Challenge in London wearing a bright yellow sheath dress that caught the attention of fashion-lovers worldwide. The dress, which was a departure from the muted, neutral hues she has favoured since her wedding, was designed by Brandon Maxwell. The American designer is also Lady Gaga’s stylist.
Now, the designer has just released his debut bridal collection on Moda Operandi.
The collection consists of five beautiful silhouettes, including a strapless full-skirted ball gown, a very modern jumpsuit and a Duchess of Sussex-esque high-neck Grecian gown. According to a release, the five styles are inspired “from five previous runway hits” and “reflect the drama of his celebrated eveningwear, reimagined for the modern bride.”
