The months (or years) of speculation about who’s the next creative to take the lead at Louis Vuitton menswear came to an end as the French Luxury house has appointed American musician and fashion entrepreneur Pharell Williams as its new creative director, effective immediately.
The visionary whose creative universes expand from music to art and fashion is set to release his first collection for the Maison this June during the Men’s Fashion Week in Paris. Williams in known for breaking boundaries across many different fields which also aligns with Louis Vuitton’s vision and commitment in delivering innovative design.
‘I am glad to welcome Pharell back home after our collaborations in 2004 and 2008 for Louis Vuitton as our new Men’s Creative director.
