BOTTEGA VENETA’S SUMMER 2026 CAMPAIGN COMES ALIVE IN VENICE WITH JUERGEN TELLER.

Bottega Veneta returns to its roots with a poetic homecoming to Venice for its Summer 2026 campaign, captured through the unfiltered lens of Juergen Teller. Shot across the city’s most evocative corners, the campaign celebrates both the house’s Venetian heritage and the beginning of a new creative era under Louise Trotter.

Teller’s unmistakably raw, intimate approach brings a fresh energy to storied locations including the Giardini Napoleonici, Palazzo Contarini Polignac, the Conservatorio di Musica Benedetto Marcello and the sun-bleached calm of the Lido. From grand palazzi to the Angolo Fiorito flower shop near the Accademia Bridge, the images move fluidly between public and private spaces, daylight and night, echoing the balance of sharp tailoring and sumptuous detail that defines Trotter’s debut collection.

Venice itself becomes a character in the narrative. Subtle nods to cultural figures who once called the city home, Peggy Guggenheim and Truman Capote among them, sit alongside tactile details: a weathered tapestry, a carved stone lintel, the sound of an organ filling the Conservatorio. Together, they place the collection in dialogue with the city’s enduring artistic spirit.

At its core, the campaign highlights Trotter’s modern conversation with Bottega Veneta’s artisanal legacy, from reimagined Intrecciato proportions to the evolution of the house’s iconic bags… past, present and future woven seamlessly together.
