It’s been a busy few months of collaboration for Mr Porter. The luxury men’s e-commerce platform has recently teamed up with Brunello Cucinelli, Ralph Lauren and Lululemon in recent months on a series of limited edition collections. Now, the site has just launched its newest capsule, courtesy of Japanese brand Visvim.
Overnight, the brand, run by Hiroki Nakamura, released a 28-piece capsule collection on Mr Porter which was “inspired by the outdoors, California National Parks and the legendary history and counter-culture style of the Yosemite Valley Camp 4 rock climbers of the late 1950s and ’60s.” As such the pieces are incredibly practical and ready for action.
A selection of Visvim’s signature silhouettes have been reimagined for the collection, including a pair of jeans, a distressed denim jacket, a long cardigan and a down coat. There’s also a selection of accessories in the form of one bag (a 20-litre backpack) and three pair of shoes (one pair of sandals, one pair of boots and sneakers).
Buro. Middle East was exclusively given the lookbook for the collection. Discover it below…
