Hermès has always been ahead of the curve. Last season, when the coronavirus pandemic was just at the brink of uncontrollably spreading, the Maison organised a unique seven-minute live-streamed performance to highlight the menswear collection for Spring-Summer 2021.
Cleverly delivering Véronique Nichanian’s latest looks by showcasing the models as they walked through the Les Ateliers Hermès in Pantin (all whilst seeing snippets of what usually happens behind the curtain moments before a show), it was an achingly cool way to digitally put on a show — and we’re certainly looking forward to Nichanian’s next collection.
Set to be revealed today, we can expect another effortless, experimental and exquisite collection. Watch the Winter 2021 collection unfold at 2PM Paris time (that’s 5PM GST for us) …
