Vive La France
Mr Porter is launching a series of exclusive capsule collections today and we've got the exclusive first look at the collection...

With summer holidays almost upon us, it’s time to start considering what we’ll pack in our suitcases for our next seasonal sojourn. And the decision has been made that much easier for men, thanks to Mr Porter

Today, the luxury men’s e-commerce platform is launching a series of capsule collections called ‘Vive La France’ as each of the collections has been inspired by the French lifestyle and culture. The 14 designers who have created exclusive pieces for the collection are all of French origin and include AMI, Lacoste, Husbands, Maison Kitsuné and Hartford. Four new brands are also being introduced to the site in the capsule — Husbands, De Bonne Facture, Maison Labiche and Le Mont Saint Michel.

According to a release, the collections are broken down into four clear themes: Savoir-Faire, Parisian Street, Nouvelle Vague and Bleu de Travail and there are over 147 products available across all of the capsules including ready-to-wear pieces, shoes and accessories. Speaking of the collection, Toby Bateman, the Managing Director at Mr Porter, said, “Our casualwear business has grown over the years and much of this is due to the incredible French brands coming to market. Mr Porter likes to give our global customer truly exclusive product and working with 14 brands — who offer such an array of authentic aesthetics — is the perfect way to do so.”

We got an exclusive sneak peek at the collection before it hits the site today…
