When linen is mixed with our cupro, it creates the perfect match. It’s an excellent fabric for hot
climates. For niluu’s SS24 Serengeti collection, a linen blend was chosen for several reasons.
Firstly, it is a lightweight and breathable fabric, making it ideal for warmer climates or the
summer season. It also has excellent moisture wicking properties, ensuring comfort even in hot
and humid conditions. Additionally, the linen blend offers a beautiful texture and natural drape,

WHAT CAN YOU TELL US ABOUT THE PRINTING PROCESS AND TREATMENT OF THIS FABRIC?
We utilize an innovative printing process that reduces the need for chemicals, dyestuff, solvents,
water, and energy compared to traditional methods. The materials used strictly comply with our
supplier Vegan certification. The resulting prints have clear and vibrant colors as with traditional
silk. niLuu garments make a statement, and our printing allows for impactful designs on both
sides of the fabric.
CAN YOU NAME A FEW VERSATILE FABRICS TO WEAR OTHER THAN THIS ONE?
Definitely! There are a few options you might like. Tencel is a sustainable fabric made from wood
pulp, just like cupro and linen. It feels soft and smooth but is also breathable like linen. Modal is
another great choice; it has a luxurious drape and is both soft and breathable. Rayon is similar to
cupro and has a silky texture while still being breathable. Hemp is known for its strength and
durability, and it’s also breathable and has a textured appearance. Lastly, Ramie is similar to
linen and offers good breathability and absorbency. These fabrics can give you the comfort and
style you’re looking for!
