Over the years, Kim Kardashian West has worn some memorable-yet-surprising outfits. From to this year’s Met Gala corset-like Mugler number, the reality star-turned-mogul often finds herself (to hubby Kanye’s pleasure) setting trends, rather than following them.
And for this week’s Wall Street Journal Innovator Awards, Kim wasn’t going deter from her current style statement-making route showing up in an all-denim Burberry look of corset-like top with off-the-shoulder puff sleeves and matching indigo jeans.
Attention grabbing? To her hour-glass figure, yes. But the real head-turner came in the form of blue leather chaps with built-in stilettos, a hybrid pant-boot that hugged her legs and stretched up to her hips over her jeans.
Kanye, who made a joint appearance with his wife to deliver Burberry designer Riccardo Tisci his WSJ Innovator Award, looked just as dapper in a navy ensemble complete with, you guessed it, black leather boots.
The duo were joined by Kris Jenner and boyfriend Corey Gamble, who were also dressed in head-to-toe Burberry for the event.
