Ferragamo returned to Milan Fashion Week with a poetic new chapter in its story, unveiling Legends, Reimagined, a visual and cultural homage to Italian excellence, craftsmanship, and the characters who define it. More than a presentation, the project reframes the house’s heritage through the lens of human mastery, beginning with one of its most revered icons: the Tramezza shoe.

A pinnacle of shoemaking artistry, the Tramezza requires over 160 meticulous steps, embodying Salvatore Ferragamo’s vision of beauty engineered for life. To bring this legacy into sharp focus, Ferragamo partnered with Alberto Tomba, the legendary Italian skier whose instinctive, rule-breaking style rewrote the codes of his sport. Like the Tramezza itself, Tomba represents a rare balance of discipline and daring, technical perfection infused with raw emotion.

The launch transformed Milan’s The Wilde into an immersive “Tramezza Atelier,” where scent, sound, and texture evoked the rituals of modern elegance.

Guests discovered the core collection alongside the Made-to-Order programme, offering precious leathers and personalisation that turn each pair into a singular statement of identity.

Captured in cinematic visuals, Tomba lacing his Tramezza shoes becomes a powerful metaphor: a legend grounded by craft. With Legends, Reimagined, Ferragamo proves that true icons don’t stand still, they evolve, carrying tradition boldly into the future.
