Gucci is one of the most popular fashion brands in the world and has already enjoyed a 49 per cent sales growth in the first quarter of this year as a result.
Now, Creative Director Alessandro Michele‘s latest Pre-Fall ’18 collection (which will be available at Gucci’s newest flagship address at The Dubai Mall), is highlighted in the maison’s latest campaign, shot by British photographer, Glen Luchford.
Titled ‘Gucci Dans Les Rues’ (which translates to ‘Gucci in the streets’), the new campaign showcases the eclectic co-ed collection, fronted by young rebels roaming the streets. Inspired by the spring of student awakening in Paris in 1968, Alessandro’s new athletic-inspired ready-to-wear pieces, crystal embellished leather jackets and leather RE(BELLE) backpacks are captured in a series of achingly cool images that boast “optimism, idealism and passion”.
