This weekend, the Jordanian Royal Family welcomed its newest member: Princess Iman bint Al Hussein bin Abdullah II.

This weekend, Jordan’s Royal Hashemite Court joyfully announced the arrival of Princess Iman bint Al Hussein bin Abdullah II, the newest and youngest member of Jordan’s royal lineage. Born on August 3, 2024, the daughter of Jordan’s Crown Prince Hussein and Princess Rajwa Al Hussein, Princess Iman is the cherished first grandchild of His Highness King Abdullah II and Her Highness Queen Rania.

The announcement came with a flurry of tender photographs showcasing the Royal family sharing their precious first moments with the little Princess. In these images, His Highness Prince Hussein’s face radiates pride as he cradles his newborn, a scene echoed by Her Majesty Queen Rania’s affectionate smile as she holds her granddaughter for the first time. The photos, shared widely on social media, highlight the royal family’s warm embrace of their newest addition, with His Majesty King Abdullah II and Her Majesty Queen Rania’s joy evident as they welcome Princess Iman into their arms.

The name Iman, meaning “faith” in Arabic, reflects the deep personal significance it holds for the family. It is believed to honor His Highness Prince Hussein’s sister, Her Highness Princess Iman, underscoring the close bond between siblings. This touching tribute adds a layer of personal connection to the joyful occasion.

As Jordan’s Royal Family navigates this new chapter, the excitement surrounding Princess Iman’s arrival is palpable.
