IS COACHELLA STILL A THING? THESE VIRAL MOMENTS SCREAM YES!

Music, fashion, and all other major moments that defined Coachella 2025.
Coachella 2025
Coachella 2025 gave us everything: surprise duets, high-octane headliners, and fashion inspiration. This year's desert affair proved why it’s still the ultimate cultural collision.

When it comes to music festivals that double as cultural phenomena, Coachella holds the crown. Every April, Southern California’s desert becomes a magnet for the biggest names in music, fashion, and pop culture. It’s not just a festival — it’s the main stage where the future of music, performance, and personal style plays out in real-time. And in 2025, Coachella didn’t just live up to its legacy, delivering wild surprise guests, game-changing sets, and style moments that will take us through the year.

LADY GAGA’S SPECTACULAR HEADLINING ACT

Lady Gaga kicked off Coachella 2025 with a headlining set that was part gothic opera, part pop spectacle, and completely unforgettable. Her five-act performance, titled Mayhem in the Desert, opened with a chilling pre-recorded manifesto before she stepped onto a brutalist stage in a dramatic red cape to sing “Bloody Mary.” What followed was two hours of chaos and perfection, as Gaga moved through new tracks from her Mayhem album and longtime anthems like “Judas,” “Poker Face,” and the explosive closer, “Bad Romance.” Styled by Peri Rosenzweig and Nick Royal, she cycled through avant-garde looks from a white Dilara Findikoglu corset gown to silver body armor by Manuel Albarran for “Paparazzi.” She even took flight in feathered wings for her final number.

WHITE LOTUS CAST GROOVED TO LISA’S TUNES

@stuartbrazell Lisa's Coachella solo debut = ICONIC! ✨ And her The White Lotus fam was there to cheer her on! Patrick Schwarzenegger (Saxon) was feeling the beat, and Tayme Thapthimthong (Gaitok) even hung with BLACKPINK's Rosé in Lisa‘s friends and family section. Tayme is officially Lisa's biggest fan! 🙌 #lisa #coachella2025 #blackpink #thewhitelotus #coachella #lalisamanoban ♬ FXCK UP THE WORLD (feat. Future) – LISA

Making her solo Coachella debut, Lisa took the Sahara Stage and delivered a performance that was all fire and full of familiar faces. Though she headlined with BLACKPINK back in 2023, this year was all hers. Watching from the crowd were her White Lotus co-stars, Patrick Schwarzenegger and Tayme Thapthimthong, clearly vibing hard during her set.Rosé, Lisa’s BLACKPINK bandmate, was also spotted showing support. It was a true star-studded moment — both onstage and off.

CHARLI XCX’S PERFORMS FOR THE BRATCHELLA

Charli XCX’s Saturday night set felt like a full-on Brat takeover. The crowd was dressed in her signature look — asymmetrical skirts, wraparound sunglasses, and black knee-high boots — proof that the Brat era is still going strong. She hit the main stage and kept the focus almost entirely on the album, delivering a high-energy, no-frills performance. Kicking things off with “Girl, so confusing,” Charli invited the crowd to dedicate it to their best friends just before Lordejoined her on stage for a surprise duet. Troye Sivan and Billie Eilish also popped in, sending fans into a frenzy. Charli reminded everyone that while Brat may be bold and chaotic, it’s also deeply personal, and this was her moment to own.

THE BEST OF WESTERN CHIC

As always, Coachella attendees showed up in their sartorial best, channeling Western vibes through their outfits. Think denim-on-denim, cowboy boots, fringe, suede, and boho-chic silhouettes with a polished twist. Attendees leaned into maximalist accessories, earth tones, and vintage Americana vibes. Charli XCX’s Brat-core girls stood out in futuristic pieces, but the broader crowd kept things rooted in laid-back luxury.

EGYPTIAN SINGER MAKES COACHELLA HISTORY

Mohamed Ramadan broke new ground last night as the first Egyptian artist ever to perform at Coachella and he made sure the moment looked as iconic as it felt. Dressed in a custom look that nodded to ancient Pharaohs and modern Arab pop culture, he delivered a standout set. A live performance of “Arabi,” his joint track with Future and Massari had the crowd pulsing with energy. Beyond a personal milestone, it was a major moment for regional representation on one of the world’s biggest stages.

Mohamed Ramadan broke new ground last night as the first Egyptian artist ever to perform at Coachella and he made sure the moment looked as iconic as it felt. Taking the stage in a daring custom look that channeled ancient Pharaoh energy with a twist of modern Middle Eastern flair, Ramadan brought the full force of his star power to the desert. From belly dance rhythms to regal references, the performance was unapologetically rooted in culture and charisma. Beyond a personal milestone, it was a major moment for regional representation on one of the world’s biggest stages.

Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet made their official Coachella debut as a couple. The two were spotted hand-in-hand on the festival grounds. While Kylie kept it laid-back in a white crop top and jeans, Timothée went full desert-core in cargo shorts, boots, and a trucker hat.
