This week, #BuroSpotlights Jordanian archietect and illustrator Zeina Gammouh.
Ever since she was a little girl, Gammouh has used art as a medium to create and express herself. But it was when she was pursuing her degree in architecture that she fell in love with digital design. Her passion for digital illustration swiftly evolved into a virtual gallery, ‘Out of Canvas,’ where she displays her artwork, graphic design ventures, and merchandise.
Gammouh finds inspiration for her work in her day-to-day life. While Gammouh has established a distinct visual identity, her work jumps between light, relatable subjects and deep, empowering messages. Her artwork also inspired a merchandise line featuring printed t-shirts, hoodies, and more.
