Art enthusiasts around the city are set to come together once again to celebrate what the industry has to offer at Art Dubai. The region’s favourite art fair will take place at the end of March with a new location that will abide by COVID-19 measures.
Under the iconic Gate Building at Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), the exhibition will be set up in a purpose-built venue from March 29 to April 3, 2021 and will house around 45 galleries. As travel restrictions remain across the globe, there will also be the opportunity for galleries to virtually present their physical exhibitions and allow visitors to experience their artworks in person, courtesy of the Remote Participation Programme.
The change in location was a decision made based off of the safety and social distancing measures that need to be made as the new location will offer greater flexibility to visitors. For anyone looking to attend the event, you’ll be required to book appointments through Art Dubai’s new booking system to avoid crowding.
