It seems that everyone (and we mean everyone) is following this season’s beauty mantra “the bolder, the better.” We’ve seen it on countless runways and taking over our Instagram feeds and thanks to these three leading beauty brands, we’ll be able to master bright, bold lips at home this season.
Take a look at some of the best shades below…
Sephora’s Cream Lip Stain Liquid Lipstick
Sephora is already home to a slew of luxury offerings from brands including Chanel, Dolce & Gabbana, Nudestix (who’s Co-Founder recently sat down with Buro 24/7 Middle East) and Anastasia Beverly Hills (the Founder talks about her new launch in an exclusive interview here). However the brand’s homegrown collection is equally as strong and we’re seriously obsessed with its new lipstick collection that boasts 90 different shades.
Offering wearers a long-lasting lip stain, the formulas are super silky, creamy and pigmented with several shades available including Dark Purple, Audacious Emerald, Black Cherry, Stone Blue, Frozen Strawberry, Indian Pink and Copper Blush.
Nars x Erdem
The Nars x Erdem collaboration was first announced in February and whilst we’ve patiently waited for two months, the collection has finally been released to the public.
The custom-designed collection of lipsticks, titled Strange Flowers, features six shades in total (Bloodflower, Carnal Carnation, Larkspur, Moon Orchid, Voodoo Lily and Wildflower), and the hues are enriched with strong pigments, cool undertones, soft shine and a semi-sheer coverage.
Oh, and the packaging of the whole collection is absolutely stunning!
Kylie Cosmetics Lip Kits
20-year-old beauty mogul, Kylie Jenner has created a beauty empire for herself that has garnered the attention of the beauty obsessed across the globe with her lip kits always selling out in a few minutes.
Just days before Coachella Weekend One, the new mum to Stormi Webster released four new lip kits that are perfect for the Spring season. Titled Bare (a saturated nude), Say No More (bright fuschia), Boss (light red) and Ironic (a camo green), the four new shades come in an ultra-matte formula that has a lightweight shine with highly pigmented agents that results in a soft, creamy and long-lasting application.
