Guerlain and Pucci are merging their iconic styles in an ultra-limited collection that’s set to bring bold color to the forefront. Camille Miceli, Pucci’s Artistic Director, and Violette, Guerlain’s Creative Makeup Director, have teamed up to create a vibrant and unique makeup collection that celebrates color in its most vivid and daring forms.
Pucci is renowned for its bold and avant-garde prints, a legacy that dates back to its founder, Emilio Pucci. Since taking over as Artistic Director in 2021, Camille Miceli has infused the brand with new energy. One of Pucci’s most iconic prints, the ‘Marmo’ motif, inspired by the ripples of the Mediterranean Sea, has been reimagined for this collection in striking, psychedelic shades.
The star of this collaboration is Guerlain’s ‘Rouge G’ lipstick, relaunched in 2024 with a sleek golden finish and a modern design. The formula, enriched with oleo-extract of lily and sweet almond oil, offers smoothing and plumping properties, delivering either satin or velvet finishes. The limited-edition ‘Rouge G’ case features the ‘Marmo’ motif, making it a true collector’s item. This collection includes two stunning shades: the intense plum ’45 Marmo Twist’ with a satin finish and the vibrant matte red ‘510 Le Rouge Vibrant’ with an ultra-velvety finish.
Guerlain’s ‘Ombres G’ eyeshadow quad is reimagined in a palette of four matte shades, combining the intensity of orange-red and violet with the stark contrast of black and white. This bold color harmony, created by Violette and Miceli, isperfect for avant-garde, artistic eye looks. The golden case adorned with the Marmo motif adds an extra touch of elegance.
The ‘Terracotta Marmo Sun’ bronzing powder brings a luminous glow, featuring a trio of shades in Pucci’s iconic ‘Marmo’ pattern. Housed in a couture fabric pouch with a multicolored ‘Marmo’ print, the compact also includes a golden pendant representing Pucci’s logo. This bronzer is designed to give your skin a radiant, sun-kissed effect.
Guerlain’s beloved ‘Météorites’ pearls are presented in a new case featuring the vibrant ‘Marmo’ print. These powder pearls, in the best-selling ’02 Cool’ pastel shades, provide an incomparable glow. The accompanying ‘Marmo Swirl’ brush, with its golden handle engraved with the Guerlain logo, comes in a fabric pouch inspired by Pucci’s bucket bags, making it a chic fashion accessory.
The campaign showcases the creative synergy between the two brands, featuring model Natalia Vodianova. The setting of a fitting session brings the collection to life, with Natalia styled in Pucci’s signature ‘Marmo’ pattern and made up with the vibrant shades from the collection. The collaboration is a celebration of fashion and beauty set against the rhythmic backdrop of Italian music.
