The anticipation surrounding ‘Sense’ was sparked on social media, where Laverne unveiled the fragrance with the tagline: “Sense, femininity in a bottle.” This launch not only reinforces Rodriguez’s status as a fashion and beauty icon in the region but also highlights the growing global prominence of Middle Eastern perfume culture.
Behind the scenes, the creation of Sense was no small task; it stemmed from a meticulous collaboration between Rodriguez and perfumer Dalia Eisem, resulting in over 740 samples developed over the course of a year. This dedication to the craft reflects both the quality of the fragrance and a profound understanding of perfumery.
The final fragrance features a vibrant medley of blackcurrant, mandarin, jasmine, cashmere, and orange blossom. Each note has been thoughtfully chosen to convey not just the essence of femininity but also Rodriguez’s personal journey, evoking emotions that resonate with a diverse audience.
