Japanese cuisine is perhaps one of the most popular food options here in the UAE, with the country boasting a plethora of the finest restaurants dedicated to the cuisine. However, a new Japanese restaurant has just landed on our shores and it’s unlike any others we’ve seen before.

Boasting a unique new dining experience, Hōseki, a 9-seat restaurant overlooking the Dubai skyline, has opened at the Bulgari Resort Dubai.

Prepare to be immeresed in an unforgettable gastronomic experience by Japanese Chef Masahiro Sugiyama, as he follows the Omakase experience (which literally means “I leave it to you”), with dishes made with ingredients directly sourced and imported from Japan.
