Meet Sarah Ali, And Today, She’s Curating Your Soundtrack.
Sarah Ali has been singing since she was five, building bridges with every note. Born in Dublin, raised in Beirut, and proudly Egyptian, her music is a melting pot of soul, jazz, pop, and the heartfelt rhythms of the Middle East. Growing up in a family where music is practically in the DNA, her great-grandfather discovered Lebanese legend Fairuz, and her uncle Omar Chakil tops French charts, Sarah was destined to make waves.
Influenced by Jorja Smith, Barbra Streisand, Umm Kulthum, and Beyoncé, she crafts a sound that fuses Western pop and R’n’B with the intimacy of her Arabic roots. Collaborating with her uncle Omar (Warner France) and British producer Anthony Marshall (Craig David, Stormzy, Nelly Furtado), she’s refining a voice that’s as versatile as it is magnetic.
From opening for John Legend to sharing the stage with Amr Diab in Beirut, Sarah has proven she can captivate any audience. Her debut EP is in the works, featuring tracks like the soul-soaked “Crystallized Stranger,” radio-ready R’n’B banger “Liberal Friends,” and “Fly With Me,” which lovingly samples Fairuz.
A natural storyteller and connector, Sarah Ali’s music crosses genres, geographies, and cultures—turning every playlist into a journey. And today? She’s in the driver’s seat, curating ours.
