Saint Levant's new song is a celebration of Palestinian culture and resilience.
Saint Levant Daloona
It's a song that invites the world to see Palestinians not just as victims of tragedy but as a people with culture, strength, and unshakable pride.

Amid the heartbreak and challenges faced by Palestinians today, Saint Levant’s latest single, Daloona, is a vibrant celebration of Palestinian identity and pride. Released via Universal Arabic Music, it’s a heartfelt tribute to the enduring spirit of Palestinians.

With its upbeat rhythm and poignant lyrics, Daloona blends celebration with quiet defiance. The accompanying music video, directed by Cannes-nominated Gazan filmmakers Tarzan and Arab, frames this resilience through the lens of a traditional Palestinian wedding. Shot on VHS, it’s both nostalgic and grounding.

“I want every Palestinian to be reminded of their wedding video,” the directors shared. Their intention resonates deeply, capturing a moment of unity that feels timeless, even amidst the chaos of the present.

Daloona brings together celebrated Palestinian artists Shadi Borini47Soul, and Qasem Al Najjar, creating a track that showcases the depth of Palestinian culture. For Saint Levant, this depth is key: “Right now, we’re suffering immensely. To the public and unknowing eyes, the world sees a dark, sad, and partial reality. Just like everyone else, we have moments of joy. I want to show that Palestinians can have pride in their identity.”

The track doesn’t shy away from the pain that’s ever-present, but it insists on balancing that narrative with the light that persists in Palestinian life—the weddings, the music, the moments of laughter that refuse to be extinguished. Saint Levant’s Daloona offers a powerful reminder of what it means to endure and celebrate.
