Karl Lagerfeld has teamed up with Puma for an exclusive capsule collection

Didn't know we needed it, but now we can't not have it
Karl Lagerfeld has teamed up with sportswear giant Puma on an exclusive capsule range...

Karl Lagerfeld once famously said, “Sweatpants are a sign of defeat. You lost control of your life so you bought some sweatpants.” However the Chanel designer seems to have changed his tune somewhat as he’s just designed an exclusive range of apparel for Puma that includes, you guessed it, sweatpants.

Karl has teamed up with Puma to celebrate the brand’s 50th anniversary of its Suede sneaker, designing a 13-piece capsule range for men and women that includes a cropped tee, jumpsuit, slim-fit hoodie, logo T-shirts, the aforementioned sweatpants, as well as accessories including a backpack, shoulder bag and baseball cap, according to WWD

Given the shoe’s anniversary, the collection also includes two unisex Suede sneakers designed by Karl and inspired by his own iconic style — namely a black tuxedo, high-collared white shirt, a tie and sunglasses.

The collection will be available from October 18 online at Karl.com and Puma.com and then in stores globally from October 19.
