Clare Waight Keller is leaving Givenchy after three years

Over the weekend, Clare Waight Keller and Givenchy have announced that they’re parting ways after Keller remained at the helm as Artistic Director for three years. The British designer (who is also the first female to head up the brand) catapulted Givenchy’s international presence, dressed Meghan Markle for her royal wedding (and several outings following) and even added her own vision to ad campaigns.

Maria Tash introduces virtual piercing

American jeweller Maria Tash is giving us an opportunity to pierce our ears, virtually. Well, sort of.

If you’re looking to accessorise your ears with more of Maria Tash’s Instagram-famous piercings (honestly, it’s hard to stop), then you can get inspired through Instagram.

The social media platform will now allow users to have access to some of Maria Tash’s best-selling earring stickers, which will help you visualize what your next piercing could look like. All you need to do is type ‘Maria Tash’ in the GIFs search bar.

Rihanna receives PETA’s Compassion in Fashion award

Earlier this month, Rihanna debuted a new faux leather collection for Fenty on Instagram despite living in lockdown and it was well received – not by us fans but by People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) too.

The collection, which features a corset dress, skirt and button-down shirts in neutral tones was created using the finest faux leather and for that, received a Compassion in Fashion award from PETA.

The accolade marks Fenty’s second honour (following the Urban Luxe winning at the Fashion Awards).
