Burberry launches reusable face masks

A portion of each sale will go to communities impacted by the global pandemic...

Face masks have been around for centuries but in 2020, it has become the world’s must-have item due to the coronavirus pandemic. And, there’s no way to look chicer than in a designer face mask.

Burberry is the latest fashion brand to design its own face mask, following its donations to vaccine research, food bank charities, manufacture of non-surgical gowns for medical and care workers earlier this year.

The British brand’s iconic vintage check is present on the cotton face masks (available in archive beige and pale blue), and are sustainably produced from revalued fabric.

In compliance with the World Health Organisation (WHO) recommendations, the reusable masks have been designed to cover the mouth and nose, and are enhanced with antimicrobial technology. And in case you’re opting for travel this year, the masks come with a matching travel pouch (also treated with antimicrobial technology), with more colours to drop next season.

The masks are now available on Burberry.com.
